About
A search firm that knows what is on the plant floor.
Diamond Recruiters places technical sales people with industrial manufacturers and their distribution partners across the United States. We chose one market and went deep into it rather than covering everything shallowly.
- One market, not all of them
- Automation, process instrumentation and flow control. A generalist agency has to be told what a control valve is before it can find someone who sells them.
- The map before the approach
- You see the named companies and people we intend to approach before we contact anyone. The search is grounded in your market, not a job board.
- Pay ranges in the open
- Every role we publish carries a base and OTE range. Candidates self-select honestly, and nobody reaches final stage to discover the band was never close.
- Ninety days, not thirty
- We stay in contact with both sides through the first ninety days. That is when a placement either sets or quietly comes apart.
What we do
Technical sales, industrial markets.

Selling sensors, instrumentation or flow control is not a transferable sales motion. The person has to walk into a plant, work out why the sensing is failing or why the valve is oversized, and turn that into a recommendation a controls engineer will accept.
Very few people can do that. Fewer still are looking for a new job at the moment you need one. So the search is a direct-approach exercise, run by someone who can hold the technical conversation well enough that a working sales engineer stays on the phone past the first thirty seconds.
That is the entire premise of the firm. We are not trying to be everything to everyone — we are trying to be the obvious call for this one market.
How we operate
Four principles we actually run on
Written down so both sides can hold us to them.
Narrow beats broad
We recruit into industrial automation, process instrumentation and flow control. That is it. A generalist agency has to be told what a control valve is before it can find someone who sells them.
Say the awkward thing early
The band is too low. The job description describes two people. That candidate is strong technically but has never carried a quota. Saying it in week one is worth more than being agreeable until week eight.
Confidentiality is not a feature
It is the baseline. Nothing about a candidate reaches a client, and nothing about a client reaches the market, without explicit approval first.
A placement is not the finish line
A hire who leaves in month four cost everyone more than the vacancy did. We check in with both sides through the first ninety days because that is when it either sets or does not.
Coverage
Markets and territories
We recruit nationwide across the United States, with the heaviest concentration where industrial manufacturing is.

Sensors, machine vision, industrial connectivity, safety and control components.
Process Instrumentation
Flow, level, pressure and analytical measurement into refining and petrochem.
Flow Control & Valves
Control valves, isolation valves, actuation and the EPC project cycle.
Robotics & Motion
Industrial robotics, motion control, drives and the integrators around them.
Electrical & Power Distribution
Switchgear, power quality, industrial electrical distribution.
Systems Integration
Integrators and distribution partners who carry the line into the plant.
Next step
Whichever side of the table you are on, start with a conversation.
No obligation, no pressure, and a straight answer about whether we can help. If we cannot, we will usually know someone who can.
